The dock is sturdy and works well been using it for about 2 weeks and haven't had any issues the 2 USB ports are nice to have for the mouse and keyboard. Overall a great product for the price.

Works great. It fits my steam deck well. No complaints and so easy to use.

Edit: Customer service was super great and let me trade in for a new one which has lasted almost a year now with no problems. Great accessory.I really liked this dock- I basically just needed a way to output my display to a monitor and charge at the same time. However, after just 3 months of light use it has suddenly stopped being recognized by my Steam Deck. It started with USB devices not working when connected, then the HDMI output stopped working, and then the pass-through charging failed. Now the dock isn't recognized at all by the Steam Deck.I'm no stranger to hardware troubleshooting, and so I've tried different power supplies, devices, restarting affected devices, and plugging devices into the dock without anything else plugged in. Nothing has gotten it to start working again. It's become a $30 paperweight.All in all, this is a great dock while it works. For $30 - $40 though, I would have hoped it would have lasted for more than three months of light use.

Good dock option compared the the arm and a leg you'd spend on the valve namebrand one. wish it had an extra USB-c port for my controller but still happy with it! charges well and keeps my deck secure. the dock doesn't cover the screen so you can play desktop mode no problem. overall a decent buy.

This works great for my Steam Deck (non OLED) and my ROG Ally. I had used a couple of Jsaux branded items before, adapters and such, but didn't really know what to fully expect with this. It has been a flawless experience for both my Steam Deck as well as my Ally. Setup couldn't be easier. There's a plug from the unit to the handheld's USB-C port, then you just need to add an HDMI cable. The version I bought included a plug, so charging was a snap.There are plenty of ports if you have a wireless mouse/keyboard or controller dongle you need to plug in, and compatibility is fast and easy.This thing easily charges a Steam Deck and even the more power hungry Ally. The footprint is pretty small as well. I couldn't really ask for a better working dock.

Was working great for about a month that I had it, but the charging stopped working using the power supply that came with my OLED deck. Deck will charge with the PSU, but not through this dock unforunately.Edit: One week after Amazon closed the return window the entire dock is dead. Seller reached out and told me to reply Full Refund which I did then followed by another message to talk to Amazon. Poor customer service. Will buy the official one from Valve now.Edit - 6-08-2024 - Steam Deck dock arrived, but decided I wanted to see if there was a way I could open this jsaux dock up and test the internal connections. Before getting to that point I saw online a sequence of having to turn off the deck, connect to the dock without power etc to get it to work on the official dock. I went to go try the sequence on the Jsaux dock and didn't have to because it was now just working as it did out of the box. I have restored my 1 star review of this dock to a 5 star review since I believe for now this is more an issue with the Steam Deck and how it handles docking through either software or hardware. Time will tell.

At the moment it’s working g great. Good price, and the dock is nice I like the cushions the one that comes from steam doesn’t have that.

Works with the ROG Ally, no issues whatsoever. The build quality feels pretty good for an inexpensive pc handheld dock. I bought this on sale for $20, but even then I feel like for the original price, there should have been another couple usb ports included.
