This item work’s very well compared to hardware store vents. It’s not as loud as expected, quite a normal noise level. Overall I’m happy with the product. It gives my kitchen a facelift because it looks great! My only downside is that I had to put micro holes into the mesh screen so it could circulate a little bit faster and doing that took stress of the motor bc this vent WORKS VERY POWERFULLY. I’m happy with the price of my product and hopefully it lasts awhile.

The media could not be loaded. Product arrived in a timely manner in a well packaged box. Everything seemed fine and would be an easy install until I noticed the fan was knocking against the bracket holding the motor and blade. I had to do some fabricating on the bracket to make it work but eventually got it. It was very tedious since I did not want to damage the bracket completely. Other than that it’s an awesome unit. Pulls air very nicely and was easy to install other than that issue. I did look up the fan issue and it’s an on going thing. Just need to make adjustments. I feel like it will last a long time considering.. it’s 80$

Amazon gave a partial credit, which was something, but I still had to pay $300 to get it installed—only to find out the touch panel doesn’t work.I called Midea, and they said the panel can’t be replaced because it’s part of a single unit. Their solution? Pay out of pocket to uninstall it, ship it back, and *maybe* they’ll fix it. No guarantees. They even tried to dump the issue back on Amazon.Bottom line: the manufacturer doesn’t stand behind their product, their warranty is useless, and their customer service is a joke. I wouldn’t buy anything from this Chinese brand again.

Beautiful range hood and super easy to setup.

I'm not happy with the item, but I kept it because I didn't want to have to ask the person who installed it to take it down. The lighting is very dim and the noise level is not what I expected.
