Great sun shade but fits not to good

Upon opening the package, I thought I’d received the wrong product. I’d ordered a 3D sun visor for my iPhone; but the package I received was too thin for that (~1/2” thick?) and contained only 1 single flat piece of screen with “short strap” attached — some pieces had to be missing.I was surprised to discover this was, indeed, the correct product — all of it (photo 1). And that it was super easy to assemble (photos 2 & 3) especially with the instructions provided — you just slide your phone in, using the built-in brackets/lugs as your guide/support (photo 4).Photo 5 was taken near a mirror, so you could see both the “side view” of what the screen looks like when installed, and what it looks like from the “user’s view” behind the screen.Because the firm elastic strap, which holds the phone in place, is somewhat flexible it fit not only my large iPhone 13 Pro Max cell phone but also the thick rubber case which has a full size credit card case/purse and keychain and kickstand attached (photo 6). The rubber casing alone is fairly thick, and the credit card case/ purse adds at least 1” onto the back (photo 7) plus the attached keychain and kickstand!!!I never thought this would fit, but it does — perfectly. Even with allllll that, the case lies flush and no light gets through (in photos attached I had not yet tightened the strap, and I didn’t feel like re-taking all of the photos). Plus I was still able to use all of the function buttons, once I got used to where they were located beneath the frame. In fact, I wrote and posted this entire review and modified all of its photos with this screen in-place (protecting from the morning sun to my left, screen in portrait view). It’s awesome — the screen is not washed-out, no glare, I can see the screen perfectly, and it adds zero weight to my phone.Pet peeves. Have you ever noticed the handful of “little annoyances” that just bother you? Stupid little things that, individually, are nothing major but when they happen one after the other on a busy day it’s more like “death by 1,000 paper cuts?” Many of those have a quick-fix, and simply implementing that quick-fix would make life that much easier/that much more enjoyable. To me, THIS is one of those (cheap) quick-fixes: Take 5 seconds to put screen on and BAM! now able to see your phone while in the sun / strong light; plus, added bonus of Privacy. Problem solved … next!Some things to note with screen in-place:-If using screen to protect from overhead sun/light, phone orientation will be Landscape (not the regular Portrait view)-If using screen to protect from sun/light from either side, phone orientation will be the regular Portrait view-Can still use function buttons, once you become familiar with where they are beneath the frame-Remember, when installing screen make sure strap is not blocking camera lenses-Keep one at home, one in car, one in your “Name of sport/gym here” Bag, and one in your stored luggage so you’ll always have one when you need itI took one star off only because phone orientation is limited, based on direction of light to be blocked; otherwise this is screen is very adaptable, functional, and ultra lightweight (like zero ounces).I highly recommend this product. A great quick-fix to one of life’s “little annoyances.”

First phone perfectly.

I purchased it to use in a car, so I can use my phone as a navigator. Due to inside car design, the phone holder has some angel and screen has sun reflections. Unfortunately, this product doesn't give enough shade so I still cannot see a screen when my phone in the car

Works great on my iPhone 11 drastically reducing glare fro the sun. A definite tool to have on a sunny day.

Great idea but does not fit iPhone 7 Plus. They could redesign to make it a universal fit. Plug can’t fit in side of shade. Returned item.
