Barney & Friends: Very Merry Christmas - The Movie

I've been meaning to write this review. I love this movie. They don't have a lot of Barney on Netflix so I get tired of seeing the same ones five times a day! Barney is the only thing my son will watch and we figured why not get the Christmas one. There is a scene where elfs are in the wrapping room and they "rap" and I find it quit hilarious! Lol. Great movie, we love it.

I gave this to my 19 month old granddaughter for CHRISTmas. She has been totally obsessed with it ever since!!

This is of course one of the favorites of my son. He does not have a large amount of likes unless it includes Barney, Wiggles or KidsSongs. My son is a 10 yrs old disabled angel and he only wants to watch what he likes. But that is what everyone likes to do. I was saddened to hear that Barney retired.

I'm glad there's a Christmas Barney out there especially this time of the season, but my 18 month nephew only likes the songs (meaning back to back songs, no story lines). Thus, it did not keep his attention long enough.

It is a cute video. Keeps my daughters attention. She loves the songs.

Barney was a positive influence on my daughters and nieces when they were growing up. This was one of their favorite Christmas videos. I purchased this story on DVD so we could recreate that Barney Christmas "magic." Watching this DVD at Christmas will be our new family tradition.

You can imagine my surprise when I put the DVD in and it was in Spanish. I thought I must have mis ordered the wrong one but actually this description clearly says English. I'll have to return it which is a pity because it's for my niece whom I'm seeing out of town tomorrow.
