Q: Do you need to flush the ear with warm water after use?

No, there’s no where stated in the directions that that is a step you have to take. But if it’s something that you feel is necessary due to some sort of discomfort you can. But I would imagine washing the medicine out of your ear probably isn’t something you’d want to do. I am no specialist let alone an ENT. But it was never stated in the directions that you had to do that. Hope this helps.
