Works better than expected and really good value for money. The pads are both a good size (almost the size of an average pillow face) and although they do warm slightly they're still a lot cooler than a pillow. If you're feeling really hot popping them in the fridge for an hour or so and using straight from fridge feels lovely especially on a hot night. Comfortable enough to sleep directly on top of or can be slid under pillow case. 10/10 would recommend and buy again!

I’ve had them before I think the could be packed better in bubble wrap or something that could protect anything from piercing the cool pads as they can pop and leak must make sure you keep them clean as can get mold on but if you do this they really are the best especially as I’m a fibro sufferer who cannot regulate body temperature also great for headaches or aches

Good quality item, and especially useful on very hot and humid nights in the summer, they have certainly helped me get a good night sleep over the past few nights. Also as a woman of a certain age these will help me sleep when having a tropical moment 😁 even in the winter. Worth every penny. Also they were very quickly dispatched. Would definitely recommend.

Not bad for the price. Have bought others before that have been better. They are however a good size but the main drawback with these is that the gel seems to run off to the corners

I got these for my daughter 19month to put under her fitted sheet in her cot during the summer. We really struggled to get her to sleep in the heat and these really helped. I was worried it may hurt her skin but as they are just kept refrigerated and not frozen they were perfect and she got to sleep a lot quicker. I guess they would only last 30min or so but for us that’s all we wanted so she did t get cold middle of the night

Two for the price of one JML Chillax Pillow - great value and better design.Put it in the fridge for a few hours before use and then placed it on my pillow - it was lovely and cold and stayed that way for well over an hour while I fell asleep - was still very cool a couple of hours later when I stirred and repositioned it.Highly recommend this product.

I was so looking forward to my new cooling pads. I have had one for a few year's and needed a replacement. I purchased a pack of 2 so my other half would know how good these are, as I won't let him use mine. But was so disappointed when I opened them up. One looks like it has been cut. Unfortunately I will have to return them, but will give these the benefit of the doubt and order another set. Fingers crossed.

It's really good to rest my legs on,on my recliner chair and keeps my calf's cool. It's also nice on my pillow and stops me sweating and get a good night's sleep
