Any blue light glasses which aren’t tinted. Are NOT actually blue light. Trust me I have tried so many with varying prices and they do nothing. Tinted is the way. These say they are more for driving but honestly it is amazing for screens too. They aren’t TOO tinted so you have a rly good light distribution flowing thru

Extremely pleased with these. Perfect fit and very comfortable. Comes with a guarantee, pouch, cleaning cloth and a tiny screwdriver in case they need tightening. Just need to try them in some sunshine as I chose blue tint to help with glare. I love the pink lens pair even more.
