Great reliability and quality.
So far one of the best price/quality relationships. Design of the attachment rings that allow you to secure the snap without pressure to the abdomen is superior for post-op but also if having irritation. The base plate adhesive could be a bit more tacky longer lasting but if the skin is free of oils, soap and water, no lint, so very dry and clean it lasts longer. Bag never accidentally comes off. The snapping rings are extremely well designed and tolerance consistent.

Work pretty good.
These work the best out of all the ones I’ve tried. They still can leak sometimes. The adhesive so far has not caused a skin rash. Most of the others I’ve tried cause a bad and painful skin rash. Thank you.

Doesn't collapse into a rope
I use Hollister convex urostomy pouches with a belt, and in the last year or so their belts suddenly got thinner and flimsier, causing them to collapse along their long axis and basically turn into a rope. So if I put any tension at all on the belt it would cut into my abdomen like a thin rope. It was painful and left a groove around my midriff. As an alternative I tried this belt, and not only does it fit my Hollister pouches perfectly, it's far superior because the latch that connects to the pouch is larger and therefore distributes pressure more comfortably, and the belt itself is thick and strong enough that it holds its shape even under considerable tension.

THE BEST EVER
I've had an ostomy since 2008. Purchased the belts from the ostomy stores and they rolled and rolled. I found this one here on Amazon.....Oh my goodness. If you are in the same situation....YOU MUST MUST MUST try this one. The best one you will ever purchase....this is my promise to you. I don't know how they made it so that it doesn't roll.....but it simply does NOT!!! It's incredible and amazing. Thank you seller. GREAT PRODUCT!

They are junk
The part that goes on the skin is junk. I had to use 6 of them just to get it to stick.
