This is a nice piece of decor. It sits in several position which makes it versatile. My fish seem to enjoy it.

I've purchased multiple of these jars for my fish and they love them. I have several breeding pairs of fish and they are often hanging out in these pots. I believe this would also be great for a betta or any fish up to 3" that wants to feel secure in the tank. This will always be a go to fish hide for me.

Amazing packing for this jar, wrapped in a foam and then bubble wrap, and packed securely with no "wiggle room" inside the box. Upon opening the item, absolutely no chips - cracks - discoloration - etc. I enjoy the ability to place this jar in different positions and still provide access to utilize both openings. No sharp or rough edges, and was ready to use upon arrival - it looks great and looks perfect in my nano tank!

This pot is an orangey/brown ceramic PAINTED black, not an actual dark ceramic pot. The paint will begin to come off VERY quickly after about a month in the water (the amount of paint lost in the photo happened over a period of less than two days), and is obviously extremely toxic and harmful to fish and the aquarium. I would NOT recommend anybody buy this product, I never would have if I had known it was actually painted black. Now after a full water change, I I’m just praying my prized betta doesn’t die because I put this thing in my aquarium.

I got the black one and while it doesn’t have the best paint job, and you can see the terra-cotta or whatever it is underneath, it works completely fine for my beta. It’s a cute edition to the tank, and the seller got it here I think more than 3 weeks before they said they would. I think it’s far better than some of the junky fake looking logs for betas, or some of the other fake fish decorum sold at regular pet stores.

Great little ceramic jar. I bought the dark gray one and didn't have issues with water clouding and it didn't seem to bother my fish. Only thing is that the color starts to come off of the jar, so I began trying to scrub the color off completely so it wouldn't continue to flake off. The picture is after scrubbing a while ago and hasn’t flaked (even though it looks that way). I just try to scrub everytime I clean the tank to try and get the top chips off.

Nice aquarium decor! Fish enjoys hiding in it. I glued some java to it in hopes it will latch on and green up. Fingers crossed it stands the test of time.
