As a sleeve they are OK
We used these sleeves as protection when working with some crops. For protection they were great and also proved to be warming at the same time. However, the fabric picked up lots of small parts of the leaves and we couldn't get the pieces out of the fabric. So, ended up buying a different brand and their fabric has stayed clean in that regard. Therefore - I can't recommend these sleeves as protection when working around plants.
