We ordered this product based on the product description which follows " These bags are heavily scented with a baby powder fragrance to mask odor. Easy-tie handles included. " The doggie doo waste bags arrived and we are now EXTREMELY Disappointed about having poop bags that have NO scent at all AND they did not come with easy tie handles!
