Could you dye these (in water with dye) or would they fall apart?

It was pretty junky to start with, dying it would be a mess! The feathers hardly stay on the cardboard they are glued to. Whn it arrived i had to glue it back together so i would never think to try dying it. Good luck

How many day does it takes to arrive to Florida?

It came to North Dakota within the two day prime shipping time. So im sure it can be shipped to Florida in a reasonable time also.
