I love it you can make coffee on girl

Tried to get it to work 3 or 4 times and was successful once (with a lot of effort). Way too hard to push the plunger/cup down and I was being careful to be sure the bottom vents were open and my hand off the top to let air escape. Coffee was leaking out the top making a mess. Waste of money, threw it in the garbage.so after posting this I noticed the review regarding the great customer service. I retrieved mine from the garbage can and I'm awaiting great customer service to contact me too, we'll see.....UPDATE: I received an email from the company and they promptly refunded my money for this product under their 30 day guarantee. Out of all the products I've bought I love this one the most. I did A LOT of research for the best travel press and this one is it!!! It's perfect!! My tea comes out perfect and to my shock there is NO leaking! Simply perfection

I really like the travel mug. It kept the coffee grinds out of the drink. I was disappointed that it was damage. There is a dent in my mug and when you pay that much for the item you don't want it to be damaged when you get it. Not sure if it happened during manufacturing or shipping. That is why only 4 stars.

I got this because I like coffee, but was getting tired of instant. This is beautiful, functional and keeps my coffee warm for a long time. Very happy with this personal French press!!
