Q: Which colors come in the pen?

The pen comes with red, black, blue, and green. Personally, I like to draw with purple rather than red. It's as easy as opening the pen, removing the red and putting in the purple. You can order a bunch of different color refills on Amazon in different thicknesses. Hope this helps.

I have used this pen with several of my Rocketbooks and it worked great! A very handy way to carry multiple colors in a compact manner.

Q: Do the standard refill work or only .38 mm?

I don't know if it will take a larger size when I buy something that's a point 38 I buy the exact same refills so it will work the same way I when I bought it.
