TERRIBLE-material is hard, rubbed my dog’s skin raw after one use
I was excited to receive this harness, because I’ve had a similar one in the past. Since I’ve had a style similar, I know how to properly adjust the harness to fit my dog. During our first walk with the new harness, approximately 30 minutes in, I noticed he was acting odd and kept wanting to stop and lay down (which he never does). We than turned around and took him home, ending our walk early. When we got home and took the harnes off, I noticed his hair was rubbed off and his skin was raw and bleeding. The harness is stiff and hard. And I will never recommend this to anyone. My dog does not pull that hard to cause this reaction and I am 200% sure it was not tight.

Worthless piece of junk
The only reason this got even one star is because the color is pretty. I purchased the large, since my lab mix has a chest measurement of 28 ". However, the neck couldn't be tightened enough, even when I removed the logo to try to make it fit. There was at least a 3" gap around. Also, it took about 5 minutes to get her into it. I felt like I needed instructions. And it would be nicer if the ring attachment could have been in the front instead of up on her back. I finally gave up and now I just use my other dog's harness on her, which is so very simple and works great. What a waste of money!

Injured Poor Dogs Skin!!!
Only buy padded harnesses, this one will hurt your dog.Our poor girl got injured after wearing this harness for only 4 days. Picture 1 with the redness was found the morning of day 4, we switched to neck a collar as soon as we saw this but in monitoring the injury the next morning it had became a wound, shown in picture 2. Our pup in now forced to wear a shirt until she heels because she keeps licking and scratching it, poor thing hurts and is miserable. She is only 35lbs and does not pull very much so I was SHOCKED to find her injury after only 4 days of wearing this harness.Other than her injury, she could also easily back out of the harness, so it is not even close to escape proof either.

Looks and feels rather flimsy
Preliminary review prior to putting on a dog:We purchased this harness as we are driving to another state next weekend to pick up a Golden Retriever puppy. We want to ensure that we have good control of her at any stops.I am a bit apprehensive about using this harness because it is quite flimsy. Aside from that, there is a design flaw in this particular harness. The placement of the Blueberry label is on one of the adjustable sides. However, because of where they chose to place that label, the only way to adjust to its absolute smallest size (if needed), you must remove it with a razor blade.Kind of a stupid design when you get right down to it. You have to alter the harness to use at its smallest if need be.The last thing is that while a 3.5 out of 5 stars (at time of writing this) is not real bad, I did not look at the content of the 1s until today and I am shocked. There are many essentially saying the same thing: Their dog slipped out of the harness way too easily.

HARNESS UNSAFE PRODUCT..Seller does not care.Went to Rabbit-Goo
I am not able to use this at all...I had to keep adjusting it, it would loosen up..and he could get out of it..So, tighten this, tighten that..supposed to be good...whats the problem. BUT, in the car, he got out of it...thats not good! Had to pull over on a highway and try to get him all hooked up again..Next day, went with wife and dog, and watched him wiggle right out..and again..and again. Not good..Any tighter would hurt the dog..So, it was a few days after return time ,but since a safety issue, contacted seller anyway..and they said maybe I would try a different size.Size they said to try is what I had. So, then I wrote to the company itself..no answer. NOT WORTH IT ! I think its defective, I bought him another Rabbit-goo...no problems.....Rabbit-Goo is cheaper, by far..but a better product ! I own five dogs !.So, if you want to have a harness that works, and if does not..and the company does not respond..what do you do..Go to Rabbit-Goo...Avoid the aggravation...

A Good Harness
The Blueberry brand comes highly recommended. I was looking for a less expensive priced harness since my puppy will outgrow it. My puppy is big and likes to pull. Not comfortable always attaching the leash to her collar since she pulls so much. While she still pulls in this harness, it's not hurting her neck. Color is great, very sturdy and adjustable. The only minor issues is 1) you need to remember how to put it on, which side the label goes on or it won't fit and 2) it will slide to the slide to the side and you may need to adjust it back 3) if you don't have it fitted properly the dog will try and chew it and get it stuck on it's jaws. I like that it's easy to adjust, especially while on the dog and that it has an easy to buckle, buckle. As long as you put it on the right way, it's easy to hook up. You do need to get your dog to step into it or find another way to put it on if they don't like it. It may take some training, but what doesn't with a dog? I would recommend this harness to other dog owners.

Good harness after a few sizing issues, gorgeous color
This is a great harness, but there are some sizing issues. I initially followed the instructions to measure my dog and ordered the M. I tightened it as far as it would go, and it was still too large for his safety. It "fit" and he's not the type to try and wriggle out, but you never know and I just did not feel comfortable. He was also due for a haircut and if he lost any weight, he'd fall right out of it. I returned the M and purchased the S, and it's a much better fit. All of his previous harnesses went over his head and around his neck, and he hated getting it taken off. The step-in requires a bit more precision on my part but he is much happier to step out of it after our walks instead of tugging his head out of it. It also fits his raincoat and winter coat (the only two articles of clothing I would ever make him wear) better because the holes for the leash attachment in both of those are on the back and not the neck. The green color really suits him and I got the matching leash as well.If you use a PetID tag (from RoadID) or another similar pet identification system instead of a hanging tag, know that you will have a tough time getting it on the harness, if at all, because there is no way to get it onto the front of the harness. I was able to order a larger PetID and pull it over the buckle and it sits right on top of his shoulder instead of on the front.

Perfect
Medium fits my Labrador 9kg Pup perfectly and doesn’t phase him when wearing. Just what I wanted. Amazing range of colours too.

Going out has finally become a pleasure and not a fight.....
Our cockapoo - Rosy - HATED her ‘over the head’ harness, and would run away rather than have put on! But since buying this step-in style... she’s as good as gold. As she needs to wear a harness in the car, we no longer have to worry about her reluctance, and she stands nicely to put on her new harness. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a reluctant dog. ( or even a compliant one!!!)

Robust and very easy to adjust
This harness totally misses the neck area which is why I bought it for our girl who keeps having fatty lumps removed making a collar unusable therefore no walks when recovering. I love the colour and the girl is very happy on it. There’s better control too which I like as she’s quite strong sometimes! Very impressed with this harness so far

Not quite right for my corgi’s shape
Unfortunately this harness is not suitable for my Corgi. It doesn’t sit well mainly due to his deep chest and short legs, the harness tends to slip around too much, particularly when he moves away sideways from me . I have tried adjusting the tightness both in the chest region and around the rib cage, but unfortunately it is the position of the side rings which appear to be too low for the shape of a corgi.

Wouldn't buy anything else .....
These are STRONG and reliable :) We have two rottweilers who enjoy meeting everyone and are enthusiastic about doing so! ... these keep them well in control without putting any strain whatsoever on their necks. Ours wear a collar as well with their ID on, but the lead is always attached to the harness and we've never had a problem. They adjust well and our younger dog has had hers adjusted to grow with her - hers is slightly frayed from where she chews it at the front a bit, but I think it would be unrealistic not to expect that with a puppy. We will certainly re-purchase when we need to.
