Well built in a metal chassis with a built in power supply instead of a wall wart. Been using since received and it performs as advertised. I like the features including POE and an inverted port. Great value and quality.

great value - ai features are gimmicky and nothing is provided as far as what exactly it is doing in the AI world. I keep this in dumb switch mode and its great, with PoE!

Replacing a dragon breathing 48 port Netgear POE switch with this really made the piano room a lot quieter. Central switch in the house has eight 2.5Gb ports (to feed downstream switches) and one 10Gb uplink (to 2Gb ISP). I got this "Reidubo" (smh Amazon Chinese brand names) to power my POE cameras and APs. What I find absurd is this switch having two 1 Gb "uplink" ports. Just ignore that wording please. Consider these two ports just as 2 more ports that are not POE. You can not aggregate (LACP). The switch does not support it. If you attempt to connect both of these "uplink ports" back to the same central switch, you will create a loop. Aside from the quasi VLAN mode, this is just an un-managed switch. But hey, who cares? I got this for IP Cams. For a fanless 24 port Gb POE (26 port switch) with 400w capacity... I forgive the illogical 2 uplink ports that are each 1 Gb I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't have "with 2 Uplink Gigabit Ethernet Ports" in the product description. Seriously. Just call it a 26 port switch with 24 ports POE.

Are use the switch in a busy office. It handles both POE phones and cameras. It runs a little warm when you have all the ports plugged in. This switch also features VLAN, but do not turn it on unless you want to cut off all cross traffic. In most cases, he will leave the VLAN off. The only time I use it is with the smaller switches, where I want to keep all the traffic from Cameras going in one direction, and no way to camera traffic can interfere with each other and that creates a higher speed traffic flow

I purchase these switches for my business. To use them to my customer. I'm a network installer. And every customer I installed this switch, they call me, the product is now working. Right? So they stopped working after four months and six months, seven months and I had to replace this switches with different prior company.I was disappointed.

This scores well on what is most important and that’s it works well. Literally plugged everything in. We only needed 4 ports but bought the extras so we can add more hard wired connections if needed. We have this centrally located network box with fiber so we just needed to connect to our ISP’s Eero router. The reason I rated it only 4 out of 5 was because it did not easily fit next to the router. I had to adjust the items in the box and put it at an angle because of the power cord keeping it from fitting at 90 degrees. New home trends will be to these types of boxes and everything needs to fit easily.

Received this PoE switch in time, installed and started working as intended without any issues. We purchase it because has no fan (does not generate noise) and it is VLAN capable, although have not used this capabilities yet. It is of metal construction, comes with the mounting brackets, and has an internal power supply. Overall we are quite satisfied with this switch.

Purchased 4 months ago, running 6 POE cameras with no issues.

Great choice for small office / home office setup with PoE devices.

It worked well for 4+ months, now for last 2 months, every few weeks, it stops working randomly, after rebooting starts to work, couldn't find technical support details.
