I have loved Zen basil seeds but now in these convenient pouches I can take them everywhere I go!All of the flavors are delicious and they really help to hydrate and help to stay fuller longer.Definitely does not disappoint!Very happy with this product in addition to the Zen basil seeds I incorporate in my daily routine!!!!

I disliked the taste so much that I could not drink it. I tried 2 of the 4 flavors. They were both too strong, too sweet, and tasted like chalk. I’ve been drinking chia seed water for years and wanted an upgrade. I’ll go back to that. Much cheaper too

I’ve been using Zen basil for two years now, I really trust this brand and adore the owner. I was so excited to try the Zen basil hydration. I have to say it tastes amazing, the ingredients are clean and in l know it will be an addition to my daily intake. The most important it taste really good and it’s not too sweet!!!

Maybe I’m missing something but I thought this was an electrolyte powder. It has the full basil seeds in it. They do not dissolve thus sink to the bottom of the water. The flavor or the drink is ok but I can’t stand the seeds getting stuck in my teeth. I kept stirring it but they just would sink to the bottom again. Not a fan.
