Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. Same product available for other companies on here at less then half the price. Revolt does not have superior quality to justify price. And no way to talk to someone at the company other then email. No chat, no phone numbers. Below is my recent customer interaction with them:I am very disappointed with my recent purchase and the return process. I originally purchased the Revolt Belt Squat because I was looking for a belt squat, the price seemed reasonable and it had good reviews. After using it I found the retainer pin that holds the apparatus into the rig always falls out, a sign of bad manufacturing, but as long as there is a load on the equipment, it's probably not going to slide off the rig. I also found that the amount of weights it can hold is rather limiting. It's made and marketed for home gyms, and most home gyms have bumper plates which are 3x thicker than traditional metal plates. This equates to only being able to safely put about 3-45lb bumpers on the equipment, not enough weight for me, and I imagine a lot of people as I am far from an elite lifter. Exploring options for a longer weight post, I thought I found a solution on your site, so I purchased the Belt Squat - 1" Plate Post. I did so after exchanging messages with someone at the company, and I was led to believe it was some sort of extendeder. After getting it, it obviously is not. I have been lifting weights for 30+ years, and the amount of time I have seen 1 inch plates in someone's home or a gym is about zero, so beyond me why this is even an option. But I did buy it. Although I only went to the website because I received an email that said 30% off site wide (this was around Thanksgiving) . When I was checking out, I found that site wide only meant some items, not all items. So why say site wide, very misleading (screenshot of the email below). But it was only $20 so I bought it anyway, thinking I could always return it if it wasn't what I was looking for. I only thought it could be returned, because your website said it could be returned and included pre-paid shipping. For some reason I thought any item meant any item, but I guess it only means some items (screen shot of your return policy below) Im guessing return shipping is at least $10, so not worth the return effort on my part to ultimately net $10. So instead I will just post this message as a review and I think it will give me more satisfaction then the $20 could have. Merry Christmas
