A good read- practical, in sufficient depth, easy style- a good introduction to construction management
Key topics are well covered using a complete small project example-, includes work breakdown structure, earned value system, critical path scheduling, Clear writing style coupled with subject matter expertise is a winning combination for introducing construction projects management. Enough detail is provided to clarify the major elements.

I bought this as a grad school textbook and it filled that role very well. It's still on my bookshelf at work but I have not used it since my grad class concluded.
