Good Quality But One Query
I purchased this air filter from the Daikin shop on the UK Amazon website. The box states that the unit comes with a UK adaptor, however, on unpacking the box, no adaptor was found. I contacted Daikin who suggested I should pack the unit up and send it back to Amazon for a refund. Not very helpful when they could have just sent me a UK adaptor. Strangely, I also received an invoice in the post from Daikin for the same amount that I paid Amazon, all very confusing.The filter itself works fine and on the slower setting is very quiet.
