I bought this 400W power supply. But actually it can NOT do anything close to 400W. I connected a load that was 278W at 12V, which will draw 23A current. This power supply will cut off with that power. I think it can deliver something less that 200W. Definitely not 400W. return window closed so I have to keep it

This device shows the wrong currency when checked I need an en mediate return and rrefund!!!
