About 20 years ago, Tweezerman came out with a remarkable ceramic nail file. The innovation was a triangular design with fine, course, and curved sides to it, protected by a capped plastic body. I loved it so much, I bought a few to give as gifts.Over time, I managed to lose this nail file. And unfortunately discovered that Tweezerman discontinued it. Used examples would turn up on that auction site (fleaBay) and prices were well above the original price. I kept an eye out for something reasonably priced, but then those dried up. Then, on a lark, one day I searched Amazon to discover the Triangolo. It is essentially the same design! But there are subtle differences. The end of the file isn't as rounded and the plastic body doesn't feel quite as thick and sturdy. But the business end, the file, seems very good.As luck would have it, my original Tweezerman ceramic nail file turned up. I gifted this one to a family member. The price is a little higher than I'd like. $15 USD would be just right. But I guess you're paying for the rarity of this design. It's the best nail file design out there, IMHO.

I had a file just like this from tweezerman. I loved it for travel and to carry on my backpack everyday, and sways wanted a backup. Finally I found one. It's a great file (fine & course surfaces) and also helps tame my cuticles. The curved indentation and triangle profile are super handy. I could never find another, until now. It is exactly the same as my old one... a bit overpriced, I'll admit. I grabbed a second one once I had confirmed it was the same. I will say I font use the hook thing... but I love the file.
