This was pretty simple to put together. I got it for one of my friends for her birthday. At first, it was a bit difficult to bend the blue piece to fit into the black piece, but we figured it out. It works - a nice relaxing back stretch, not really deep tissue though if that’s more so what you are looking for. Overall, a budget-friendly piece of equipment.

I’ve had multiple back surgeries. Yet I still feel I need to pop my back or get it adjusted and it’s very difficult to do. I’m not confident going to a chiropractor unless they know my whole history and I’m not about to go to a physical therapist on the regular just because I feel I need to stretch out my back. I came across this little gem of an item and thought why not? It’s been wonderful. I actually have it sitting on my bench at the foot of my bed so I can actually lean back and stretch out along the bench while keeping my feet on the floor. Oh, and it feels wonderful. I am on level two and it works great for me. My husband can’t even handle level one, but he appreciates it especially when his lower back gets really tight. I’ve had three fusions in my lower back and it’s the upper back and middle back that sometimes need to just be stretched and adjusted. There are times after a good workout that it will actually stretch my back to the point where I actually pop as if I was going to a chiropractor. I use it probably every other day as it’s not an every day need for me, but when I do need it, I’m very happy I have it. I actually will take it with me on vacation.

I didn’t get to chance to use . It broke during the set up. It does not bend at all it snapped and split into pieces. Don’t buy it
