Buyer Beware: Overpriced & a faulty LED Bathroom Mirror - A Disappointing Purchase Experience
I purchased what was marketed as a high-end LED bathroom mirror from this seller, only to be sorely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Initially, within just one month of use, the touch-sensitive feature started malfunctioning, rendering a key aspect of the mirror useless. Despite being under warranty, the supplier refused to replace the item or cover the cost of a local electrician, as per their own warranty policy.But the nightmare didn't end there. Within 10 months, the LED lights and time display unit went faulty as well, leaving me with a mirror that was essentially useless. Once again, the supplier insisted that I arrange for a local electrician at my own expense, completely disregarding their warranty policy which clearly states otherwise.What's worse is that the quality of the mirror itself was subpar, with poor clarity that did not match the hefty price tag I paid for it. It's evident that this seller is peddling overpriced products that do not live up to their promises, and their lack of accountability and willingness to honor their warranty only adds insult to injury.Buyers beware, steer clear of this seller if you value your hard-earned money and expect any semblance of customer service or product quality. I am left feeling utterly cheated, having shelled out a significant amount for a mirror that is now nothing more than a costly and frustrating reminder of a regrettable purchase.
