I'm over 200lbs do you have to be a certain size to use this hula hoop?

Of course not. This is a sports product for the old and the young. You can enjoy it and experience the pleasure of this hula hoop.

What is the diameter of the beads? And what is the diameter of the hoop? Thanks

The beads are about 2" in diameter. Maybe a little less. I don't know the diameter of the whole hoop, but it's much MUCH bigger than a regular hoop. I'd guess it between 45 and 50". I can't use regular hoops due to my weight, but I can use this one! My skinny friend tried it and she had no problems either, so they're telling the truth about it being for people of any size.

How can I get this started?
