I am a fan of Now products. Not the other versions of Adam though. I prefer the table as a one-a-day. The others are smaller which I can see being easier for some but I prefer the one tablet. It is more efficient for me as it is not the only thing I take and it's size and shape help to recognize, especially on the go.

My husband has been taking this for years. Love the added nutrients in it. He takes a blood pressure pill and if you look deep those rob your body of CoQ 10. This vitamin has that in it! He likes the tablets instead of the gel. It gives his body what he needs on a daily and he is overall very healthy!

I like this multi, because its nice and rounded with its nutrient profile, and allows me to supplement to sorta fill in all the gaps where my diet lacks. I feel really good on these, very motivated, healthy, and energetic. Great quality, easy to swallow, and good value for money.

I'm a 66 yo man who had switched to these multivitamins from a previous favorite, because it offered Vitamin K2, which I consider important to supplement, and the other did not. I would have given it 5 stars except for the forms of Vitamin E and Selenium offered. I would prefer if it offered the mixed-tocopherols form of Vitamin E, including Gamma Tocopherol, but at least it does include the natural - d-alpha form of Vitamin E rather than the synthetic d-l-apha form. My bigger concern is with the 200 mcg of Selenium in the form of Selenomethionine, since a recent long-term study concluded that this amount increased the risk of high-grade prostate cancer in men who already had a high baseline level of Selenium. I support supplementation with Selenium, but would prefer either a lower dose, say 100mcg, or using a different form, like the organic yeast-based form. All that said, I have yet to find a perfect multi-vitamin / mineral supplement, and respect very much that Now has made a good effort here to cover most of the bases well.

Good supplements

I had a friend who went into for an X-ray and he showed methe xray that showed his multivitamin in his lower intestine undissolved. After seeing this, that's the last time I ever took a Multivitamin in Pill Form and now Whenever possible I avoid the compressed tablet or caplet products. Seems that to get so much into a pill they have to compact it very tightly and it may not be easily dissolved. [Seeing is Believing] The two alternatives in Multi-Vitamins are in Liquid or Soft Gel form. Soft Gel are more convenient and don't have to be refrigerated. I went to Amazon looking for a Softgel Multi. Bingo this was the only one that I found. Men and Women have different nutritional needs, I liked that this was named Adam and geared towards men. By the way my wife now uses Eve. Others have commented in depth about the mix of Vitamins and amino acid, and minerals. This one has all three. I"m in the Nutrition Industry and recognize that this formula has most if not all of the majors you should have in a Multi Vitamin. Of course there are other vitamins with even more ingredients but... No matter how good the formula if it get's pooped out undissolved the Vitamin is useless. So I'll recommend this vitamin on the merit that if you take it, it will be dissolved easily and you get all the vitamins into your system.

Parmis les ingrédients : -Silicon Dioxide (=dioxyde de silicium= E551= silice= Gel de silice) présence de nanoparticules et réglementation casi-inexistante, résidus connus comme toxiques (As, Pb, Cd, Hg). -Microcrystalline cellulose (=E460) agent de dispersion, anti-agglomérant, émulsifiant, épaississant et stabilisant. etc...etc...
