I bought this after the plaster was removed after an accident, it helped me to drive (steer) with one hand during the healing process, it clips to the steering wheel, very strong hold, and smooth action.

I have a bad shoulder on the right side, which makes driving quite difficult sometimes, especially turning the wheel. Putting this on the left hand side of the steering wheel means that I can do it all with my left hand using the handle to turn the wheel. It’s so easy, and takes the strain and pain out of driving, while still remaining safe and in control.I’m having surgery in a couple of weeks. When I go back to driving after a break of a couple of weeks, the handle will help me to be able to get around again. It’s so simple.

This black silicone steering wheel spinner is the best of its type I have ever bought. It simply pushes onto the steering wheel, wherever on the circumference you want it to be. It will never move from that position because the metal ring that holds it in position is made of exceedingly strong, curved metal.
