Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Bottle from Huy Fong 17oz, Pack of 1

The G.O.A.T of Sriracha. I grew up using it because of my Laotian and Vietnamese childhood best friends and have tried a number of other brands and types of Sriracha. They do not compare to Huy Fong. This will always be the OG version to me and it's the best. I'm so glad to see it sold on Amazon and even in some grocery stores now -- 20+ years ago, we could only find it at Asian stores and markets.■ TASTEFor those who have never tried it, it's spicy, garlicky and adds some tanginess. To me, it tastes very balanced with the right amounts of each flavor. I find that many American sauces overuse vinegar/acids and overwhelm the other flavors, and the acid in this Sriracha is perfect. It really compliments a multitude of dishes and can easily be mixed in with other sauces/flavors to enhance them.Note: The Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce does not taste the same and will not replace Sriracha. Poor review is not for the sauce...it is because I received a bottle that EXPIRES IN 3 MONTHS. This brand of sauce is good....have purchased it several times.
