Not a real phone, it's a resin ornament.

can it actually call?

No. It is a prop. It is small, maybe 6-8 inches and all the pieces of the dial are glued in place. It has a very small black rope glued to the receiver and body as the cord. Mine arrived damaged and required superglue. I got this as a gag gift for an older coworker. It's decorative only.
