Works great! All controls are on the circulator!
I wanted to try sous vide, but wasn't sure if it was something for me and didn't want to spend a lot to try it out. At about $60 this circulator certainly fits that requirement. Another thing I wanted was to be able to control the time and temperature without having to use my phone. That seems like an unnecessary complication and expense when I can just push a few buttons on the top of the circulator to easily set everything. I used it several time since I purchased it and it has always worked flawlessly. It is easy to set the time and temperature and it holds the temperature perfectly steady throughout the cook. It has everything I wanted or needed. Very happy with it.

Efficient and Precise Sous Vide Machine with WiFi Function
This Sous Vide machine is amazing! It’s very easy to use—just set the temperature and time, and the food is cooked precisely, with incredibly delicious results. What surprised me the most is the WiFi feature, which allows me to remotely monitor the cooking progress and adjust the temperature and time at any time, which is so convenient. Additionally, the machine operates very quietly with almost no noise, so it doesn't disturb me while cooking. The heating is also very even, ensuring that every part of the food is perfectly cooked. I’ve used it to cook steak several times, and each time it’s tender and juicy. It’s also a great choice for cooking deep-sea fish, keeping the fish incredibly tender and smooth. Cleaning is also very easy, as all parts can be easily disassembled and cleaned. For anyone who enjoys preparing exquisite meals, this Sous Vide machine is definitely a must-have kitchen tool. Highly recommended!

I had it for 43 days. This thing stopped workng 13 days after the return period. .maybe earlier
I liked it. I really did. I liked the way it conveniently clipped on to the side of the pot. It WAS fairly easy to program. It cooked the things. All these neat features are in the PAST.What it didn't do was STAY unbroken, On September 24, I tried to program it and when I hit start, it refused to engage and gave the 02 code (temperature sensor fault) with no troubleshooting advice in the booklet. I took the outer sleeve off and discovered that the thermometer/ temperature sensor is rusted out. I rubbed all the rust off and it still don't work! grrr. And wouldn't you know! The return window closed. It was delivered on August 12 and by September 24, it was rusted and inoperable and it cost $62. Amazon really must institute a policy for appliances. return windows of at least 90 days. good grief! This was replacing the Avalon Bay immersion circulator I bought in 2018. luckily I still have it here. It's a workhorse. I'm not sure what happened to the company.

Spring clamp vs. screw clamp FTW
This was a good choice for the price. Selected for the wattage, wi-fi features w/o captive pay app and spring vs. screw clamp. I sous vide larger cuts with a big pot, inside a recycled styrofoam cooler (ie. the kind most steak and seafood shippers use with dry ice) modified to tightly enclose my pot. The spring clamp style immersion cooker was best suited for my application, user friendly and more compact for storage as well. It has worked perfectly since purchase but I dinged it one Star for a plastic vs. metal water circulation impeller.

The eays way to cook steaks or chops
I saw a video about this and thought I would try it out. I did and was happily amazed at how easy it is to use and the difference it makes on how the steak tastes. First you fill the conatainer with water, then set the time and temperature. When temp is reached, it buzzes, then put the steak/chop in and whan done it beeps. A 1/2" steak or pork chop takes about 40 minutes for medium rare. You will need to put the meat in a bag like a ziploc and You will need a pot to put it in or you can use a container made for this like https://amzn.to/4hlohLC. I also recommend using a steak tenderizer like https://amzn.to/4imkZZU. Once you get into sous vid cooking you may want to use a vacuum sealer which has many other uses: https://amzn.to/4kK2Jva

Quiet and Accurate
This holds temp accurately and circulates quietly. Controls are easy to use. I use a rectangular sous vide tub with a silicone cover and I love that this is narrow and fits within the hole on the cover. This is my fourth sous vide unit since I started out with my first Anova in 2017. We'll see how this one holds up over time.
