Pricey, but worth it.
They look great, seem to be high quality and have lots of storage areas to separate stuff. My wife immediately had suitcase envy after having purchased new Samsonite ones just before me. Haven't used them yet though, so will need to see which ones tolerate the airline abuse the best.

Parts missing
I thought I'd treat myself to some quality luggage. The day I need to travel the handle falls off. I unpacked everything, unzipped the fabric liner only to discover there was never screws in the first place, not even a loose one inside the liner. The toll free number won't answer instructing you to their website. You then fill out an online form in which the parts list link doesn't work then erases your form you just filled out. 1-3 business days for a response with my next trip coming up.To be fair, I really do like the luggage, it seems well thought out and the wheels do roll very well as according to the reviews butThey're website states "Our priority is to have achieved the highest standard in terms of customer service. We want your experience with us to be like the first trip you take, exceptional, welcoming, and relaxing as we aim to put you first and strive to provide the best customer service possible."So can't I speak to a real person that will solve my quality control issue right away?A FOLLOW UP: It's been several weeks since my review. Travel Pro finally contacted me even though it was longer than they stated and I still would have preferred to talk to a real person. They REPLACED the suitcase so I must praise them here to say how pleased I am now that I have a working suitcase. I really do like the quality and would buy again knowing that they worked with me to my satisfaction. Thank you

Two Months and a Broken Expansion Zipper - Return Window Closed - No Bueno, Amazon!
I have taken this beautiful, dysfunctional piece of luggage on exactly three business trips across two States and the expansion zipper is broken. So it accordions nicely on the luggage carousel but remains locked so still (barely) usable. Despite their stellar reputation I have had bad luck with this brand and will no longer use them myself or recommend to others. The fact that I cannot get my money back or get a repair or a replacement under any kind of warranty (Amazon's Return Window closed after 30 days - nice) is also a major irritant. My only solace is that it was purchased with AMEX points and, so, will be turning to them for some satisfaction. In closing, Travel Pro is not nearly what they are supposed to be - good marketing plus questionable product quality = potential trouble exactly when you don't want it, like when you are traveling.

Damaged Corners and one wheel rattles. Not in very-good condition as described.
Received the carry-on suitcase and not actual photos were provided on the post only stock, yet in the fine print state "VERY-GOOD" Condition - meaning small cosmetic imperfections. One corner is smashed & dented and another has a large deep scratch. (Photos attached) One wheel is loose and makes an unusual noise. I would rate this bag as "FAIR" condition. Since this bag sold for $288, would there be a consideration for a partial refund? Thank you.

Best luggage
The blue Travelpro bag is beautiful to look at. It is also very durable and the wheels are the best I have ever experienced on any luggage. On a recent trip, one of the airport's porters remarked that all bags should be as easy to wheel. Since he wheels bags all day, the complement carried weight. I have the largest size (purchased at a department store) and they make for a handsome set.
