I replaced an old porch swing with a new one then spent some worthwhile time reconditioning and rebuilding the original. The new location (a mountain cabin) didn't have any viable spots for hanging the fixed up swing so I ordered this frame.The Fedex delivery to a remote Idaho location was super fast.The assembly was intuitive and easy, but requires a second pair of hands. There's no tools provided but any DIY person should have the necessary wrenches.The frame turned out to be sturdy and stable and looks very nice on my deck.

I bought this for my wife, and she is very pleased with it. I already had a matching swing I planned to hang from the ceiling of the screened porch; however, I abandoned the idea in favor of being able to more easily relocate the swing to accommodate my wife’s preferences.The frame was easy to assemble by myself. It is slightly heavy and stable. The swing was easy to hang onto the frame and adjust its height per my wife’s preferences.

Love the swing frame. My only con is that although the nuts and bolts are stainless steel, the washers are not. We now have rust streaking down all the legs. Really detracts from the looks. I suggest replacing the washers with stainless steel wahers to avoid this. A really dumb oversight by manufacturer.

When you receive this beautiful "A" Frame for your swing. Know that the instructions are broken down into packets of parts. However, the "C" Pack has all the parts in them (F, G, H, I, J, K). These are the bolts with the two washers, the one nut and the cap. I contacted customer service to get the "missing" parts, but realized they weren't missing. Very quick customer service, but I didn't need anything. Perfect, easy to put up. We assembled it in the garden at 11:30p. :) The swing is also beautiful, from this company. I'll write a separate review for that and provide photos. #NoMissingParts

Very sturdy

The color is more orange than I expected for brown. But seems pretty sturdy once assembled.UPDATE:After a few months, the finish is starting to peal off. It’s clear this won’t last us a very long time. Would not buy this again.

Easy to assemble this fairly sturdy swing support. Sadly the wood and clear coat are poor quality. After having this in my So. Cal yard for just 3 months, the clear coat is pealing and flaking off, and the wood is splintering. I hope it will last one year

The frame was delivered when promised and very well packed to protect the frane. My husband and I got it put together pretty fast. He did all of the work figuring out the directions and I helped holding it while he put it together. It's a beautiful frame and we love sitting on the swing in the evening. I wasn't sure about the weight it would hold but haven't had any alarming sounds so everything is going okay. We purchased some upgraded springs that were recommended by another review. Going to put a couple of coats of polyurethane and it should last a long time. Can't go wrong with the frame and swing.
