It's dextrose
Great value for the size, added this to my own electrolyte blend / drink mix to take during high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and it serves me well in replenishing my glucose levels quickly. Mixes well / dissolves easily unless you add a ton to your water or an already sugary drink. Tastes good (like sugar haha). Quality seems great and consistent, I've ordered it twice.

Saved my dogs life
*UPDATE 1 year later* this truly did save my dogs life after xylitol poisoning. After a month or using this mixed with water in a syringe or mixed with pumpkin my sweet boy no longer needed any form of treatment and fully recovered. Monitoring his glucose and supplementing with this to keep him level allowed his body to recover what would have been a death sentence and a lot of vet debt. My dog got into some vitamins in our home that contained xylitol. If you have pets you know this is one of the worst things you dog could possibly ingest. He has been hypoglycemic for 3 months now and was getting IV dextrose at the vets office every 2-3 days (NOT CHEAP) they kept telling us to give him corn syrup every couple hours but he was not Maintaining glucose levels at all. I started googling dextrose and saw it comes in a powder did some research and found how much to give him. The last week he has not dropped below 90 (the last 3 months he was going between 30-70 and normal is 100-200 so it was not good!) and he only needs this every other day instead of every couple hours he’s finally showing signs of recovery , regaining energy and generally seems happier. This is significantly cheaper than iv dextrose at the vets office. Thank you so much!

No scoop, but 1 tablespoon equals 9 to 9.5 grams
Quality seems fine and it is ground to a very fine powder, which is good for mixing. But the package mentions nutrition facts based on 20g in one scoop. No scoop was provided, so that makes the information much less usable. Using my small scale, which seems to be accurate within 5% on other known items, 1 level tablespoon is equal to 9 grams of this product, using my metal tbsp measure. Using my plastic tbsp measure it was 9.5 grams. I carefully did each 3 times. 1 level tablespoon is 3 level teaspoons. So I guess a scoop would be about 6.32 to 6.66 teaspoons or 2.1 to 2.22 tablespoons or 31.13 to 32.83 ml. So the measuring spoon and how the product packs into that spoon, and probably humidity, all affect the quantity to weight conversion. Maybe that is why they don't want to include a scoop. But I hope that can give you a rough estimate.

Great bulk nutritional supplement
Mr.Sulak sent me here about six months ago. I mix it into a chocolate protein shake and drink after weight lifting. If you are here then you know the benefits. its a sweet flavor, taste really bad in vanilla mixes, but thats me. try it in different mixes. I did not get a scoop. Arrggg!
