This is the best wig not going to lie! I literally received a wig from overseas and the wig was shedding! Like hair falling out when handling it and combing. I was on crunch time with AX coming up. I was very desperate and thought, "why not try Amazon cosplay wigs?". I did look at the reviews and some had positive and some had negative. I took the risked and thank god I did!. The twintails are crimped so you do not need to worry about that and it literally looks thick! You only needs to style the head, add whichever silicone base spray for your twintails. Make sure you comb towards the bottom to the top. This I say is the best risk and purchase I have ever made!!!! IMO, it is worth the money and the length is long like usual so if your short, you can cut it but if you like it long, that's alright as well!. I will definitely be buying wigs from Amazon for sure!!!! I am really pleased with my purchase!!

Got this to wear at a convention and it’s super cute! The clip ons held well and weren’t too heavy, the hair itself is pretty soft and doesn’t look like super fake or weird or anything. It can get a little tangled after wearing it around and it can be a little in the way, but overall worked well for what I wanted it for. I’d say it’s worth buying!It’s also a really pretty color and originally I got this wig specifically to do like a snow Miku cosplay, but unfortunately my outfit didn’t come in time for the convention. So I ended up just taking random stuff from my closet and boom - edgy Miku woooI didn’t really have to style it at all either, but I would recommend it if you want a cleaner more structured look.The last photo I had just taken the wig off and wet my hair, it can get a little hot but that’s more so because I live in the south and the convention was during the summer and very hot outside.

So, I ended up losing a series of bets this year, and it all ended in me purchasing a cosplay of Hatsune Miku. I ended up picking out this wig for some reason, and I can't even slightly remember why. Only issue is that I'm a buffoon and didn't know how to wear it properly, and it came slightly tangled.

Completed our Hatsune Miku’s outfit! We loved that the side ponytails were on a clip so it can be easily removed and adjusted. It is VERY long and can get tangled quickly so the ability to unclip and store until we were ready to use it was absolutely what we needed. The color is on point and it’s comfortable for our cosplay fanatic teen.

it's alright ponytails came precrimped but it's uneven in texture and for some reason a small part of the sewing fell off and one pony tail is thicker than the other. color is identical to advertised and it isn't that heavy, fits my head good and length is pretty long

This is a pretty solid wig for the Price! The tails are pretty long and they're silky. They tangle but so far they've brushed out easily with my fingers. They're fairly thick but they are rather thin at the top and you can see the clip. The bangs aren't cut but I didn't expect them to be. There's quite a bit of hair to cut to my face though which is super helpful! The color is more green than it looks in pictures but I think it matches Miku very well. Overall a great wig and it'll work great for Miku!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This wig feels like a good beginner wig so long as you take care of it. There's a handful of reviews mentioning how easy this tangles, but honestly, it's to be expected for the length of the ponytails. From my understanding, experienced cosplayers tend to carry around a wig brush with them and carefully tend to their wig over the course of their time in their cosplay. And there's also wig detangler spray and proper storage habits (ie. braiding your ponytails before returning them into the wig bag).The fibers of the wig are pretty soft and while it's admittedly thin, it's workable. It was able to easily fit my head (and I have a head circumference of 22.5"). The color was exactly what was shown in the photo and it does come with a wig cap, so if you don't have one or you've stretched out your last one, you won't have to worry about buying a new one. The base wig and both ponytails were wrapped separately and neatly in their packaging and were not tangled when I pulled them out. The ponytails are very long which is perfect for Miku. The wig, itself, is really heavy though. I suggest making sure to give yourself breaks while you're wearing it. I would even bring the wig bag with you to stow it away if you're especially prone to getting headaches from wigs. Honestly, for the price of the wig, it's worth it if you're just starting cosplay. Pricier wigs will be a lot softer and thicker, but for a budget wig like this one, it's not bad at all. Not at all scratchy, super shiny, sticks-out-everywhere messes like Party City or Spirit Halloween type wigs.
