Easy install, looks better than the black plastic spout, and very useful. Wish I had gotten this sooner.

Authentic. I will definitely purchase again. Currently the distributor locally do not have this and turned out that i was sold another type which is not genuine.Would also consider purchasing sets of products soon.

Works beautifully - added on to the system so you can see the water level and know when to refill without taking the top tank off. Makes the whole system very convenient. It says you don't have to add the ball in but it makes it easier to see if you do (and it's cute:). Worth every penny.

I really like the addition of this feature to my small Berky. Seems like a small thing, but the superior quality of the stainless steel spout compared to the cheap plastic. One that came with my original is crazy. I think that for the price we pay for Berkey. We should all get the stainless steel spout from the get-go

We exchanged the first spigot due to leaking. Received the second and it also leaked. I decided to try to reinstall when I noticed that tightening the base moved the rubber seal. I held the seal while tightening, making sure it didn’t move. Once secure I tightened more. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now with no leaks. Works great!

The design is just bad. It’s designed to leak. Rather than fix the problem, Berkey just puts more unhelpful pictures and uninformative text in the instructions. It will still leak because the design is trash. It’s such a simple thing to make, it’s remarkable how badly Berkey did it. And then they slap America’s name on it like it’s something we should all be proud of. A poorly designed trinket. Nice.

Easy to install, so nice to quickly see water level. Takes up as much space as the supplied spout in my opinion.

Works as it should; easy to install, doesn’t leak. Would be nicer if it were made in USA. Seems to be made of quality materials.
