Are these suitable for hand luggage? One review states they are not .

My Son has to use Insulin for his Type 1 Diabetes, and carries them in his hand luggage all the time! In fact he has just travelled to Berlin and back, and carried them with him - obviously they are security checked but it’s not a problem with carrying them.

Would this hold methotrexate injection pens

Yes it holds at least 4 imraldi/adalimumab pens So you will be fine
