Would a 4 x 4 x 6 box inside and seal?

I believe it would, the deal might be a little tight but I do believe it would fit. When I pack my paintings and place multiple ones it does work. But for more security and the product won't break I would recommend putting it in a bigger box with bubble wrap

How thick are the bags?

Not very thick, I think it’s 1.8 Mil because it’s thinner than my the other 2.5 Mil. But it still does the job.
