Q: Can this be used before and after lash perm?

you should be able to use anything after a lash perm. This is great for eye lash extensions as it’s oil free which means it isn’t going to break down the adhesive on the lashes.

Q: Does this product work?

Yes! I love it!!! Use it 3 or 4 x a week to clean extentions. Comes with great brushes and rinse bottle as well!!

Q: Can I use this product on false eyelashes?

Yes,absolutely! That is primarily what I use this for. I still use it to cleanse my natural lashes as well even when I’m not wearing extensions

Q: I noticed that the home care instructions do not say to rinse out the shampoo, is that really true? How would it clean off the lashes that way?

I use a wash cloth around the eye area and then rinse lightly. Honestly didnt even read the instructions, went by what they do at lash studio I go to!
