This spray is very effective. I generally feel back pain but when i use this i get relief from the pain. and ir lasts long as compared to other brands available in the market. so i feel its the best.

Don't buy it, it's either expired or defective. It burned my skin, it turned black. I had used this product for last 25 years, but this was totally ineffective and burned my skin too.
