In Style Eyes Optic Vision Progressive BiFocal Glasses

After cataract surgery my distance vision is virtually perfect -- needs no correction. These glasses would be exactly right for me if there was an option to have the top of the lenses totally clear. The "minimal" correction applied to them at the top actually blurs my distance vision slightly. Still, they're the best glasses I've found for most situations when I don't want to be constantly taking off and putting on readers. Decent construction quality, clear and precise lenses.

I like these glasses as reading glasses but have to take them off for distance. I thought there was no correction in top half of lens. I don’t need correction for distance and have to take them off to see clearly. I am pleased with the style and frame construction.

My mom recently had cataracts repaired in both of her eyes. Her distance vision was greatly improved after the surgeries, but her close vision was still poor. She tried regular reading glasses (cheaters), but, because she had worn progressive bifocals for so long, having to put glasses on to do close work then take them off when she wanted to see something far away was very frustrating. Plus, she manages a fast food restaurant, and constant glasses wearing and removal as she does the various aspects of her job would be a huge inconvenience. She received these glasses on Monday, and they have been the perfect solution while she waits for her eyes to finish healing and she can update her prescription glasses. And they look cute on her! We highly recommend this product!

I have recently had cataract surgery, so I am trying lots of readers. These will be my go to for gaming (mah jong, canasta, etc.) as I can see the small print in the bottom, but view the table and my friends through the top. Love the clear color. They are a larger size than some of my others, so will fit most faces. They also come with a lovely case and cloth. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is, the left lens feels a bit loose. Don’t know how long it will stay in. The right is fine.

I love my glasses, the style, color, there lightweight, very comfortable, affordable and over all they do the job. Ive been using these for over a week now. I love that it is zero power on top, because i can work then take a break and use the restroom and come back to work without taking them off and putting them back on. I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely order again. Thank you very much.

I found that my particular pair has decent optics in the magnified area but less so in the top region of the lens. For the price, however, they are a decent value. If you are hoping to replace your prescription version of progressive readers then I would suggest getting some true prescription lenses from an online eyeglass company such as Zenni or Warby Parker.

They look as pictured, no lines. I need bifocals and thought I'd try here to save money before going with more expensive from the eye doctor. I'm used to reading glasses quite often and wear bifocal safety glasses at work, so I'm used to actually wearing glasses. The top is supposed to be clear on these and appear to be as I'm not having a problem seeing across the room. Unfortunately, anything closer is blurry, like my phone or paper, which makes these useless for me. The left lens seems to be the worse of the 2 also. I'll be returning these and go with bifocals with lines or some from my eye doctor.

I had my second cataract surgery in June of this year and the final result was 20/20 vision in both eyes. The reading problem still existed and I found it quite annoying when I had to take the glasses off in order to see distance. The bifocal glasses are amazing especially when I am working up close on a project yet still need to be able to see long distance.
