Nice size, color and good material. Bag had enough space for me to pack my clothes in as a carry on for a flight

Upon first receiving this bag I thought it was amazing quality for the price. However it severely lacks in functionality, and is rendered basically useless. The straps are way too smooth and so they do not stay on your person, and they immediately slip out of the length you adjust them into. Also the straps become twisted beyond remedy almost immediately.

Initially, I was very impressed by the quality of the bag and how much you could actually get in it, but not even 2 months later the strap broke. now it is still a really great bag that is just unusable.

Cannot be monogrammed

This is a great bag. Very sturdy for my middle schooler. Adjusting the straps made a mess of the draw string.

Ended up returning, because once straps were pulled out they were super long and couldn't figure out how to get them back to normal length.

The bag came with large stains on it. Disappointed
