I normally would not wear a necklace with my name on it, but we are going to the UK to visit my husband's family, and his mother has Alzheimer's. She is at the stage where she is forgetting my name and calling me by my husband's ex-wife's name, then stumbles and feels embarrassed when she does this.I thought that wearing a necklace with my name on it when we visit them might help her avoid feeling frustrated and embarrassed, and give her a subtle clue so she can catch herself.The necklace is nicely made, and it arrived in a nice presentation box. The name is clear and easy to read, and I appreciate that it arrived quickly because I thought of this with only just over a week until the trip.

This gold color looks a little tarnished (I could be wrong) so I took off a star. It's a very rich gold tone. Very well made and cared about by the inventor. Comes in a nice box, packed well, very giftable. You can adjust the length. It could be a bit too long for a child, though.
