Good price, great coffee

I am loving this coffee machine. Great taste and a super supply of pods. Took advantage of the voucher inside machine and ordered more pods, descaling fluid and a couple of PodBank bags for recycling pods.

Great coffee, better value with double cups.

The first one I received developed a fault very quickly but, having contacted the company, a new machine was dispatched very quickly indeed and that has been problem-free. I particularly like that it can use both normal and large pods. I am happy to recommend this product.

I have a LoR Barista machine and was perfectly happy with it but I chanced upon these XXL bad boys. Only LoR machines can utilise them so just be aware. The LoR ristretto capsules are my absolute favourite Nespresso pods. Initially I turned my nose up at pods that weren't pure Arabica but not any more. The Arabica/ Robusta blend here is a marriage made in heaven. The Robusta adds grip and bite with just enough bitterness without going over the top. Arabica gives the sweeter, smoother elements. If you buy the XXL on LoR website when on offer they cost 40p a pod. That's the cost of the regular ristretto pods when not on offer. I prefer the espresso setting and because you get a double shot you really know you've had a coffee. No shortage of coffee shops where I live but they can't match this and cost 10 times more. One tiny drawback is the used pod receptacle can't take many of the bigger pods but apart from that I don't think you can get better coffee from a Nespresso machine.
