I put this in everything from pudding mixes to waffles mixes to Mac n cheese. Super fine powder that mixes well and is flavorless.

Love this protein powder it is great to add to baked goods because it doesn’t change the taste.

Love how it's pure with no additives. That alone gets it several stars. I purchase unflavored and while it does have a flavor, it's not bad, but it's not good either. It's doable. The big drawback of this product is the packaging. It has a zip lock closure, but when you open the bag for the first time, it is NOT sealed, so powder goes everywhere, including in the ridges of the zip. It's almost impossible to get out and therefore impossible to reseal. If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 5 stars.Tip for those saying they cant blend it well. Put the powder in a cup, fill it with HALF a cup of water, stir with a fork until it becomes like a think paste. Add 1/4 cup of water, repeat, then add the final 1/4 and repeat, you'll fine it mixes much easier if you mix it in steps.

Good quality product

I have purchased many It’s Just products over the past few years. Always pure, always best quality. However, their Total Milk Powder does not meet those standards. It does not mix well in liquids. When blended, it has a nasty gluey appearance and texture. The taste is just awful. I am very disappointed

I use this to make bread instead of using flour.mit makes great bread.

This stuff smells like bones or meat. Kinda gross. Hard to make palatable.
