This is a great power bank. It has a great capacity and its battery life is great. It’s slim, and doesn’t add too much weight to your phone. It’s super convenient and its functionality is life saving.

3/22/25: Update after customer service reached out to me. They offered a replacement or full refund. I chose replacement as I’ve always preferred this brand. So far the replacement has worked well. Great customer service and product is as expected. Would recommend. Huge plus over others is the slim design. Fits nicely in my phone holder in the car. Still gets warm when using but only if you are using the phone while charging it which is to be expected with any charger.I genuinely felt the Anker brand was superior to others so I bought this and gave my son the one I had. For this price, I would not recommend. Fully charged, it charged my phone less than 50% before dying. It took over 2 hours to do that and was hot after a short period of time. It also takes forever to get it fully charged. On the plus side, it is slim and fits nicely in my hand and phone holder.

Need to be honest here. I own a lot of Anker products, and have never had an issue with any of them until I bought this battery. You have to be very careful of this product when it's magnetically attached to your iPhone. This product overheats quickly, and frankly it is alarming. Not only does the battery overheat, it causes the iPhone (a 16 Pro in this case), to overheat to dangerous levels. I have stopped using this battery since purchasing it in 2024 as I believe it's massively defective.

Had for about 1-2 years now at first worked perfectly as my phone wouldn’t charge through the port so I had to use magstripe to charge. But now it will not hold a charge or charge the phone for long. Magnetic makes it nice since it’s not bulky and isn’t connected by a chord but sometimes I gets pushed from the back of my phone easily and comes off. Overall it was perfect for the intended use at the time

Super cool device. I absolutely love how light this is. It’s easy to carry on an outing or while traveling. Kind of feels like an Apple device in that it’s substantial and built well.
