These are fantastic! My pump came with a 24 cm opening and my suction and output suffered. These have been a great help for my output, plus they hide the nipple and make pumping with company less awkward. I've purchased multiples of these already!

They worked great! They fit in my breast pump and were easy to clean.

I used these for my hands free pump and they were a perfect fit. It makes my pump easy and painless to use on the go. These inserts were a great value as well in comparison to the brand name.

Sizing was true. Silicone is soft and comfortable. Easy to use and wash.

I have the original Maymom inserts in multiple sizes from my last pregnancy. I wanted to try a few smaller sizes this time (after having actually taken my measurements) but also got another set of 19 mm. I have a motif Duo and Luna, a Medea hand pump, Legendairy cups, and the Momcozy M1. These blue/green inserts fit better than the originals for each pump/flange. The originals were great but these are even better. I also liked that each size was a different color. I often use 19 mm for both sides but I can see it being a time saver for someone who uses a different size on each side, never having to find the numbers on the side to figure out which goes where.Overall, an amazing product that seems to fit most, if not all, flanges/pumps. I love them!!

These are silicone flanges, any size 17mm and under are thicker than most other flanges meaning if you are usually a size 17 in momcozy flanges in this you would be 18-19mm. i went through 4 orders to basically figure that out but thankfully through amazon customer service i got my money back to replace the wrong size. but to go through 3 orders to figure that out sucked. however once i got the right size it was a dream. Flanges must be replaced after 3 months bc of wear. I didn’t think so but i noticed it began to hurt when pumping, not replacements and it fixed the issue plus my pumping amount was back to normal. Overall, there are cheaper flanges for more flanges out there but these are cute colors and seem better quality.

The media could not be loaded. Measuring is key when ordering. I ordered a size 13mm before these 15mm and wasn’t able to pump. Once I bought the correct ones (15mm) pumping has been a breeze. A life saver especially when my nipples are sore and tired of breast feeding. I can pump with no worries of pain or discomfort, on the contrary very comfortable to pump.

I purchased this 19 mm set two weeks ago after being measured by my LC. The actual inserts are good quality, fit will with the Elvie original and are easy to clean and sterilize. I didnt notice a difference in milk output as I should have, after my LC took a look, they were still too big. So I just ordered the 17 mm (which I also had to do with the Maymom spectra flanges even though I am measured as 19 mm) and I noticed on the box that it says “17 mm inserts reduced nipple tunnel to 19 mm”. This is not clear in the above product description so buyers be ware. The product is great but the sizing is confusing! I wasted money on the end size for this Elvie and also my spectra best pump from this brand, hence the 3 star review.
