I do not have hair loss, I actually have thick , naturally curly hair. At 66, my gray hair was getting out of control: wiry, coarse feeling. It drove me crazy that my "side-burn" area was always frizzy,no matter how much product I put on it. After a day or two, I felt like a french poodle with my frizzy gray hair! I washed my hair with the Promise shampoo and conditioner and was amazed! My frizzy side-burns were gone and my hair is soft and manageable! The very FIRST time I used it!!! I can't say enough about this product! I LOVE IT!!!

I bought the shampoo and the conditioner, especially the conditioner has a lot of different the other bowl that was using, starting with the smell, does not smell nice, looks more like a glue, when it passes through the hair the sensation is that I took a glue put water and put it through my hair. the conditioner I can not spread in the hair is very strange. I'm sorry the impression I have was that they took the bowl of the conditioner and put any cream. I hope something is done.

Like the scent and the way my hair has improved in texture since using it. I cannot say that it has added volume or hair growth, but I do feel an improvement in the way my hair feels and responds to brushing, curling, etc.

I love love love this product! I finally found the shampoo that works with my hair. I have long thin hair and my oils are nicely balanced. I was using shampoos and conditioners like Red Ken, Biolage and about any thing i could get my hands on to try. This does not dry out my hair, my hair feels soft, clean, shiny, and I have noticed less hair loss while I shower and brush my hair. I Will definitely be buying this again on Amazon!

It took a few days for my hair to get used to this product. However, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. You do have to use more product than expected but the results are detangled hair (I've never found a product that truly detangled my hair) and the shine is awesome. I've been losing a lot of hair and I'm losing less with this product. A definite thumbs up and I will be purchasing again. Why would I need to buy anything else!

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for several weeks. They smell good and leave my hair soft, but I haven’t noticed any improvement in body, volume or thickness.

I bought the shampoo and the conditioner, and I used the conditioner because I had the shampoo bought in another store. This conditioner has a lot of difference of the other bottle that was using. It didn’t appear an original one. Take care

Not my favorite. I found my usually fairly dry hair looking really oily after careful use of both shampoo and conditioner.
