Good for what you pay, just might have to tinker with the ear domes a bit
I have mild to moderate hearing loss, and have a lot of difficulty hearing in environments with a lot of complex noise and background sounds. Restaurants, group discussions in class, lectures--they were all becoming very difficult for me. I can hear louder sounds just fine usually, and can tell when a person is speaking but have a very hard time sorting out similarly sounding noises such as words. I have hearing damage from recurring ear infections as a kid and teen, and also have very small canals. Over the last year it had gotten substantially worse, and I went to see an audiologist but could not afford the very expensive prescription aids they suggested. Over the counter hearing aids just entered the market though, and I wanted to see if they did anything to help and I have found they genuinely help with hearing better! The noise cancelling is decent, and the volume control is good. It does not cancel 100% of background noise, but for the price they do a good enough job. the ear domes they came with made my ears sore, but the device itself is very secure and does not move around once I insert the domes and adjust the tubes over my ears. I just ordered open-fit ear domes that have a much smaller circumference separately and they fit onto the tubes perfectly and are much more comfortable with my small ear canals.I did not read the instructions very thoroughly before I put them on and promptly ended up in a full-on meltdown in my afternoon lecture after becoming severely overstimulated. Do not be me, read the instructions unlike I did. After going home and pulling the manual out of my trash, I discovered that you have to slowly get used to them and it is best to not use them in loud complex noise environments for the first week or so. I definitely suggest listening to this. Wear them at home for the first few times to get yourself used to how they feel. Also, it takes some time for your brain to figure out how to hear through them. It sounds pretty good, but it is weird at first. It can kinda feel like you are listening to everything via a realtime podcast of all the sounds in your surroundings. This does eventually go away. Take breaks when you need to, especially if you get migraines easily. I may have been a bit stubborn and tried to tough it out the first few times without a break, and I definitely triggered some migraines...Overall, I can understand conversations much easier, and also I have been told by my friends that the volume control of my own voice is much better. Also, I do ballroom dance and was able to find the beat of the songs significantly easier and I have noticed a difference already in how much better I follow the downbeats. My partner used to have to count me in to start every dance, but she did not have to do it hardly at all last practice. It was awesome. For the price I am very satisfied with this product, and would definitely recommend for help with mild to moderate hearing loss.

Difficult to use, difficult to hear
These are the 2nd replacement. Unfortunately, I had to return them as well. Here are the reasons:1. The 1st pair I received was used and dirty. It appeared that they were previously used, repacked for resell.2. The 2nd pair are impossible to use unless they have a super sensitive fingertip. I cannot feel the up or down volume button. Operation is way too complicated. Holding for 2 seconds to change programs, but if you hold for 3 seconds, it will power off. And you hold it too short, it will change the volume! I cannot never adjust them behind my ear with these tiny buttons. It is very frustrating. Why not just add a power button? I bet people with cognitive impairments will have a hard time using these.3. Charger does not work all the time. I have to adjust the position to keep the contact on.4. Good thing about this device is that it is very loud. But it is not clear. I cannot tell human voice from the background noise. What I need is clarity, not loudness. Please do not amplify everything.I was so excited to try it. But I have to return them.

Great product great price convenient and easy to use!
I purchased these hearing aids for my wife this past Christmas. She has had several pair in the past including one really expensive set and was not too satisfied with their performance. I found the onebridge on Amazon seemed to have great reviews so I bought them for her and wow was she a happy camper. They are convient and quick to charge in the case. Have a good steady sound and she uses them often. She says they are comfortable in her ears all the time she is using them and definitely worth trying. Great price, great product, she is highly satisfied with them.take

Sound adjustment
These particular aids are not right for me. Noise is muffled and reduced which helps with background noise but also reduces ability to hear conversation. Neither setting is helpful. No way to increase volume. I will exchange them for a different model.

you'll need a sleeping mask
Don't expect to put these on your bedside table to charge - all 3 LEDs stay on and they are very bright! There aren't enough volume adjustments and the only switch they give you to operate volume up and down, on and off and the desired program is too cumbersome. The angle of the ear tube is not adjustable and my ear canal opening goes to the rear, not perpendicular to my head so the sound is not directed into my ear canal. The 3 charging cables I had didn't work - I had to use the one that came with them, which is short and Type A so you must have a Type A charger because it doesn't come with one.The sound quality is decent. Too expensive for what you are getting. I returned them.

Excellent Design - Aesthetics, Functionality, Usability
This model was recommended by OB sales rep after hearing that I was planning to buy it from my mom - 82 years, non-tech-savvy, and with deteriorated hearing. This model with simple controls has worked out extremely well for her. Typically, you have to coax people to start using hearing aids and monitor consistent usage so as to avoid rejection. In this case, the hearing improvement was so great that adoption was self-induced - not once did I have to remind her to put it on. Controls are not complicated and very easy to use (just explained her once) and charger is quite similar to cellphone (fits unidirectionally into cradle). I have periodically checked for feedback & whistling for the past 4weeks and confirmed that it's non-existent in this case. My mom is very excited and happy to regain her hearing with this OB device. I would suggest all seniors with natural hearing degradation first try this product before exploring other solutions.
