Pros and Cons
Liked it for its' abilities at $200 price. I recently found out my high frequency hearing is below par and was pitched a $1500 hearing aid. I ordered this $200 version to test it out. Pros: At lowest volume, it allow me to turn down tv screen volume. I am also sure it would help me hear more at public meetings. Cons: I does not fine tune to your area of frequency loss like the expensive ones do. I received two in a row wrapped in plastic with a yellow seal on box that was compromised (which said do not use if seal is broken). I tested 2nd delivery. I noticed pros and cons. For no sounds, for one tested, I heard very slight static that increased w volume clicks, that disappeared at off. I return 2nd one while valuing knowing it is available if I think I need one. Wonder if all these have very slight static when on? ... Return second set mostly because I am not ready to wear hearing aides.

Sound is Clear and Aids are Affordable!
I have had $5000. hearing aids, and I've had $400 hearing aids. While I've only had these for a few days, I am very pleased with them so far, much more so than any hearing aids I've had in the past. I plan to recommend these to some friends and family members. My only complaint is the smallest dome is too big for my ears. Other than that, I'm happy!

I Can Finally Hear Voices Again
I am not new to hearing aids but was very frustrated with the very expensive set I got because I could hear very well with them except people speaking to me. It is very difficult participating in a conversation when you can't hear and have to keep asking what? Purchased these and was very surprised how well I could hear people speaking, We have a friend who speaks very quietly and he passed the test of me being able to hear him. It is so nice to be able to be part of family and small group discussions again.

The device is as described.
I was in denial concerning my gradual hearing loss happening over several years. I searched hearing devices and wanted to try the earcentric. It's design is much like my husband's hearing aid that cost several thousands of dollars, so I was familiar with the features. I am very happy with it so far. I have only had it a few days but am amazed at sounds I have been missing. There are sounds that are too loud such as ice dropping into a glass, road noises, my dog snoring, but I hope these will dissipate with time. That's my reason for a 4 instead of a 5 rating.

It’s a good product
I have worn other, more-pricier hearing aids in the past but I think this is better than those I had that had more unnecessary bells and whistles. It also is less fragile and more sturdy that my other fancy onesI. t is a standard, good product so far (I’ve only had them around 2 weeks) and the instructions are simple and easy to understand. The recharger that comes with the aids is very easy to use and I like that I don’t have to scramble after those little hearing batteries that you seem to always drop on the floor with battery-assisted hearing aids. It’s simple to access and to use the rocker switch on the back of the hearing aid for increasing the level of sound. I also like the fact that they’ve “demystified” how the hearing aid actually works, in their instructions, and tell you how to change out parts (that they give you with the purchase) if you ever need to do so. Thank God they’ve made hearing aids available over-the-counter now and much more affordable. This is a good product. so. It sure beats having to go to the audiologist and paying a charge for having them serviced when you can do it all yourself.
