It really helps
I love this stuff it’s normally part of my daily routine. It really helps fight inflammation and fatigue. Since I’ve been pregnant I haven’t been taking it and the inflammation is back with a vengeance.

100% pure no gimmick verifiable quality manufacture
This product has the best visible and verifiable manufacturing plant to know you are getting 100% pure product. Many others are not forthcoming where the product is made so you really could be getting a bunch of filler. This is a white powder as it should be because if it is exposed to oxygen in air it oxidizes into a worthless brown color form. The cost is higher because it is the real deal. Other brands have less quality or who knows where and what was made in it because supplements do not have to go by the same manufacture laws as medicine does. AFAIK this is 100% real used this manufacturer been around for over a decade and you can find them on a map and where it is made at and lots of literature. Yes it will cost more because it is the real stuff other cheap brands have low quality product or fillers added, you don't know where they are made or what you are taking in.

Liked enough to get again
When you are over weight everyone even me assumes its because you eat to much. To make sure I'm not delusional I got out my old fitbit and tacked my calories. I get 600 to 800 a day. So my weight gain was not from over eating or empty calories. I knew it was from adrenal fatigue & hormones. The only thing that changed was a car wreck,major surgery, stress/anxiety and that's when I started gaining weight. I upped my calories with protein to 1200 and nothing. Then I added this & a few other supplements. I finally started noticing a difference in my clothing and the scale.

1. 98% TRANS RESVERATROL (not 50% trans and 50% Cis ). 2. ONLY TRANS VERSION IS USED BY THE BODY 3. CIS VERSION IS THE MIRROR IMAGE WHICH CANNOT BE USED BY THE BODY 4. Both cis and trans (mirror images of each other in 3D) exist naturally in nature, so if the bottle doesn’t say 98% TRANS , then you are only getting 50% TRANS. So if the bottle says 300mg, then only 150mg is USEFUL and they were too lazy to remove the other 150mg of CIS molecules which are worthless. SO DONT BE FOOLED! KEITH COOK, MD.

Nice, white powder, not temperature degraded.
This is the fourth brand of Trans-Resveratrol I've tried. Every single one of the other brands was degraded by temperature or moisture when I got it. I didn't know that at first and couldn't understand why the other brands either made me feel bad or caused mood-swings or simply didn't do anything at all. Then I found out Trans-Resveratrol is easily degraded by temperature or moisture. The powder turns brown and it's useless or worse, can cause side-effects. I almost gave up on it until I read the reviews for Doctor's Best. I ordered some to check it out and have been really pleased with the results. The powder is pure white, no side-effects, and I am feeling less ancient. Good buy.

So Far, So Good
I've finished two bottles of this already. I'm not sure I can quantify the benefits I've had so far. I just know that my perimenopause has received a boost. In mid-2018 my lifetime of perfect 28- day cycles became 25-day cycles. Now, it's back to 28 days again. Also, my recovery from exercise has improved; I no longer need to skip a day to heal, so I can work out daily. In general, I take good care of myself, drink tons of water and avoid fried foods, dairy and alcohol, so I don't know if I can attribute my wrinkle-free appearance to this product. I mean, it probably helps, but I think I do enough of the heavy lifting lifestyle-wise. I do recommend this product because obviously it's doing something on a cellular level to slow aging if it affected my perimenopause the way it has.
